Professional dentistry personnel with excellent social skills. As always, an enjoyable appointment.
The care from Dr. Chen is consistent and great. She, in my experience, is most knowledgeable and experienced in her craft/ medicine. And, she is consistent in her expertise to the point that I have the utmost confidence in her recommendations and care given.
My wife and I were looking for a dentist in the area and found Dr. Chen's listing. Her education and positive reviews suggested we should give her a try. Her office accommodated back-to-back appointments for both of us. She and her staff are very professional and warm. We will be seeing her on a regular basis from now on.

I relocated to Charlotte almost 4 years ago and Katie at D.O.C university branch has been my DH. Katie and Dr Cabana takes great care of me and my teeth. I used to LOATH cleanings until now… it’s weird to say but i almost look forward to them! Great team of ladies! Very thorough and super sweet!

I couldn't be more pleased with my dental experience at DOC. Professional, courteous and congenial staff. And my hygienist, Macy, is absolutely wonderful. She makes sitting in that chair relaxing --- and it's not just because I have great teeth and she doesn't have to do much cleaning! :)
