I was satisfied with Dr. Benjamin and his team. Before extracting a tooth, he instructed for an xray first b4 he does anything . From there b4 taking his tools ,he will bring up suggestions and advices that can help you in the future. The ball will be in your court. He removed 3 tooths from me the same time. 1 on upper jaw and 2 on lower jaw in which one was a broken tooth. After 20 years with my old dentist, I had to change due to my insurance plan. Pleasantly surprised at the folks at this office. No pressure. At my age, always a “to do” list, but we are only watching. I appreciate that. Friendly associates.
My husband and I had our 6-month dental exams today, and everyone was efficient, friendly and gentle. We have been patients here since moving to Charlotte back in late 2019. They always do everything possible to please their patients and make us feel less nervous about going to see the dentist.
Very impressed with my first visit. Everyone ai had contact with was welcoming and there was hardly any wait time. Service was thorough and not rushed. I was able to ask questions and received answers. My well being was foremost in the minds of both Katie, my dental hygienist and Dr. Cabana. I definitely recommend this office to everyone.
I got a thorough cleaning with Kim at Bright Dental. I am always pleased with my dental care here. Everyone is courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend for all your dental needs.

After having the same dentist for 45 years, this new experience was great. Carrie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and was very gentle. No discomfort at all! The dentist was very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend DOC to anyone.

Convenient professional practice but I go because of my Dental Hygienist, Jennifer. With 29 years of experience and her attention to detail she is truly outstanding in her field.
