Even though there was mix up with my son's appointment, he was still seen quickly. Very friendly and professional staff who are always patient with my son who is autistic.
We had an amazing experience thanks to Dr. Polite and staff. They were all very professional to courteous to my daughters needs.
Staff was friendly but the front desk lady didn't seem bright and cheerful at 8am :)
First experience in charlotte where everyone caters to the children....my daughter loves it and looks forward to seeing her dr again ......thank you for making the visit fun for her ....
Aleese loves the dentists and hygienists. They are always so sweet to her andake sure she is comfortable. I called with a concern the other day and got to speak with someone right away who was very friendly and patient. Overall Young and Polite is an awesome place! My daughter especially likes being able to watch tv while she has work done. It really makes things easier for her. Great job, excellent customer care.
