Waverly was definitely an amazing experience for me. The staff is kind, always helpful, no pests, keep the community clean. I definitely recommend this as a safe place, friendly environment as well. Not to mention PET FRIENDLY! I truly enjoyed my stay here.

I LIVE HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN. HAPPY TO BE HERE. NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM HERE MY CHILDREN BEHAVE. SOME PEOPLE JUST WANT MORE CHEAP APARTMENTS. THEY CAN FIND THEM BUT IN WORSE AREAS
I GREW MY 4 CHILDREN HERE. THEN MOVED TO NEW JERSEY NOW I CAME BACK AGAIN TO WAVERLY PLACE.. VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR ANY AGE.
went to the office to check out the place and a male who works there confronted me in a very rude and confrontational manner. Terrible place.
This was the worst renting experience of my life. I had a few random bad living experiences like rats in the apt, water being cut off because of a leak and cops were always there for something crazy. On top of that, they charged me a small cleaning fee when I moved out but never bothered to contact me and reported it to collections instead. Thanks for the memories and the 100 point hit to my credit!
A wonderful community the holiday thing is on I think it's a great idea good luck to all
