I lived here since 2006 as long as they don’t raise my rent sky rocket, we will be still living here.. the maintenance employees are really good here to attend any of your needs. Friendly people in the office and helpful... thanks apartment waverly place❤️
Clean, private, quiet place to live. I miss it here!
Tired of arguing with maintenance and all the others in the leasing office. They don’t listen to you when you say there is mold. They just tell you that you are wrong without it even being tested it gets painted over. I don’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Absolutely horrible please do not move here and if you live here have your place inspected! I’ve had water issues since October and now we are in February middle of month and still am here!! I have a small child with asthma and major allergies issues and this is his room!!!!! They do not care about you or your belongings

My husband & I had lived there for two years & What a wonderful two years it was! We were on the 2nd floor, lake view & had a big beautiful oak tree surrounding the front. We used to call our place the tree house. I was very sad to leave last year. It was a beautiful place to live.
