They have basically ignored me. Haven't returned my phone calls or messages about an infusion I should have had a week ago. I suppose I will need to seek care elsewhere and hopefully will find a practice that actually cares about my situation. So disappointed.
Intelligent, integrative, supportive team approach. I never felt alone in my journey and was always under constant medical supervision with the fantastic staff. Ready and willing to be there with 24-7.
There is no other oncologist I would want to see. Dr Graham is so knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone on staff is amazing. While I don’t love that I now have an oncologist, I do love my oncologist.
I love Waverly, especially Dr Graham and Susan Blumenthol PA,and my chemo nurse & infusion nurse on the survivor side of the office... the rest of the staff is awesome too (too many to name). They really cared for me and took care of me. When I had radiation at a large hospital I never had the same people working on me, it was very difficult emotionally. It is a pleasant environment and the folks talk to each other like they have been friends for life.
