Had my first visit this week and from the front office to the "back office" I felt like I mattered and wasn't just another person to get in and out. Both the hygienist (Heather) and Dr. Wirth asked about me and then focused on any oral concerns. I also appreciated how they asked financial questions when it came to x-rays AND even gave a total to my husband before he left the office about upcoming fillings that needed to be replaced. Goes a long way when I know what I am to expect.
I really like the dentists at Optimal Dental. Dr. Gansser was my primary dentist, but since Dr. Gansser has cut his hours, I now see Dr. Bailey most of the time. He is friendly, and really knows his stuff. All the support staff, from the receptionist to the dental hygienists are fantastic.
I showed up for my appointment on a Monday morning. Woke up with a migraine and my car was in the shop so I had to ride my bike that day. My normal hygienist, Taneil, was out (I hope she's feeling better), but I met Natalie who was also very friendly and helpful. The staff at Optimal are always smiling and seem to legitimately like their jobs and care about their patients. Excellent PR. Up beat atmosphere.. Tell Dr. I had to do a little adjusting myself. LOL...have the experience.. He is professional and wonderful as was his assistant. The new over chair lighting is impressive. Your treated like your getting triple A perfection and care. Took time explaining and answering questions. The waiting room very comfortable.

I have been a patient of Jim Ganser for decades. He is top notch as a professional and as a person. He did a great job in selecting and developing Dustin Bailey as a successor to his practice. I have worked with Dustin for several years and find the quality hasn't dropped off at all. I recommend this practice for anyone who wants an efficient, effective and friendly group of people watching out for their dental health. Topher Hansen
just had my teeth cleaned and Laura has always been the best and continues. Met Dr. Wirth I liked him fine at first handshake and I'll tell you more next week after I experience his work. I did tell him he was going to try to fill some pretty humongous shoes. I'm still hoping Jim gets bored and comes back just saying

Received outstanding service as always. Receptionists are friendly, my dental hygienist is amazing and my dentist is fantastic! Optimal Dental is the only dental office I trust and would recommend a thousand times over. Thanks for the great care and for helping to keep my pearly whites looking their best!!
