very friendly staff and all work is fully explained in advance. Everything Is so neat and orderly. I feel that they really do care for their patients.
I had a problem with a bad tooth & gum on a Monday. I called at 2 :00 pm and was able to get in at 4:00 pm and was home by 5:15 feeling great. The Doctors, their assistants, and office staff are amazing, They are caring and always show great concern.
Mostly because I take good care of my teeth, but also because this is the best dentist in town.
As always everyone at Optimal Dental is the best. Janet is gentle and thorough with cleaning and polishing and we get to share updates in eachother's lives. She fills me in on Dr Ganset and his retirement. Dr Baily is a super guy and could not be more professional and personable. The office staff is great also. I have gone there for 40 years so I am convinced I found the right place to trust with our familiy's dental care.
Service as always was top notch and Tanele (sp) did a great cleaning. Dr . Bailey did a thorough checkup and was his friendly self. The office staff is very good!
This was one of the best and easiest experiences I have had with having my teeth cleaned. Thanks so much!
