DID SOMEONE SAY UPSELL?!?! I had a very disappointing experience at Waverly and feel it’s important to share so others can make informed decisions about their dental care. I scheduled what was supposed to be a routine teeth cleaning. After the exam, I was told that I had gum disease and that a regular cleaning was not an option.
