My stylist, Vanessa is wonderful! I always feel great after she's done my cut and color!
Wave is the best!! Vanessa has been doing my hair for a few years and she is not only excellent at hair, but she is a wonderful gal! She will chat if you want to chat or let you take a nap if you don't. I have loved every cut and style she has done! My husband also gets his hair cut by Vanessa. He is VERY picky and loves the way she cuts his hair. The rest of the team at Wave are wonderful as well!
I scheduled an appointment with Kim and the day of she called me and I let her know that I wasn’t gonna make it and if there was anyway to reschedule. the appointment was for 5:25 not knowing she was leaving at 4 as she informed me in a very Disrespectful tone and said to don’t bother even rescheduling when I asked. i used to get my haircuts here and have a good experience but now i think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
