You guys this place is really awesome! I can’t say enough good things about it! You have the support of the coaches and a meal plan custom fit to your metabolic needs! A nurturing and friendly environment full of positive people!
Josephine Jay Janolo is awesome. If you think I can’t because I am overweight, old, or I have never experienced. Then don’t worry Jay modifies according to your needs. I have torn ligaments in my left knee and right ankle and I am able to do the workouts. So no excuses. Join W.A.V.E family there is nothing like it I promise.
