Wave Fitness And Bodyworks They're Awesome The Coaches Are Awesome Coach Jay & Twana You Ladies Are The Best I've only Being Going A Couple Of Weeks And I've Had The Best Workouts EVER!!! And I Plan On Continuing. I Feel Amazing !!!! Muscle Tone, Weight Lost And Attending 5 Days A Week Is AWESOME!! The Motivation!!! Wow!!! I'm Happy With The Workouts And My Goal!!! Every one is nice , Ms Jay is very energetic and that rubs off in all of us.. very pleasant environment . They truly want you to succeed .. the weekly food menu are good too! I will be a member for the long haul.
