Total dissapointment. I will never go back there. Service was fine, but the food was garbage. And those so called Italian fries. We call those bread sticks back home.

Having lived in Wausau all my life I've always enjoyed eating at Wausau Mine. However I realized at our last visit service, food & atmosphere has all gone downhill. No desire to return anytime soon.
Delicious food, great service, highly recommended. When waitress noticed that my son didn't like his food, she apologized and took it off the bill without hesitating. We will definitely come back when we come to town again.
Ate here for the first time! Great food, and loved the atmosphere! The only thing that made me not give it 5 stars was there was some private party that was suppost to be in the area we were seated in. My family and I were able to hear the mod discuss with the people throwing the party how this room had to be shared. So while we were eating, there was also someone selling nail kits two tables away from us. It's a neat looking restaurant for sure. It's definitely a place you should look around and see all the cool stuff in the building. No place like this in Wausau besides yours truly so if you want a fun and unique place to go to it would be this. Went on a Friday and it was semi busy but got seated immediately and got food pretty fast. The food also was good and you get a generous amount for what you pay. I'm looking forward to going back again soon!!
