We were seated immediately, but sat for over a half hour without anyone even stopping to ask about drinks. Waiter and waitress walked past over and over, not a one stopping. After a half hour of sitting with the menus and no drinks we finally walked out. Nobody noticed that either. Will be a while before we return... I guess all the other reviews about horrible service are true.
We were at the Wausau Mine today for lunch. The food was good but the service/waitress was very disappointing. We got seated immediately but didn't get initially waited on for probably 15 minutes after being seated. The waitress was not friendly or attentive at all. All the other waitresses were at there tables regularly and we saw ours maybe 3 times total. She wasn't in a good mood and that was clearly obvious. Thankfully the food was good but service was horrible.

First time ever we had the shrimp scampi no flavor whatsoever no sauce just a bed of plain noodles so bad I couldn't wait to leave. Such a disappointment we just moved here and now I'm so over it how do they not know it has nothing but shrimp on it, I think Gordon ramsay needs to visit them!
