First Visit I had a great first visit at Waukee Dental. Great people and service. I felt relaxed and loved some of the new technology they had, a big step up from my previous dentist. Plus its my first dentist that has a TV, woo hoo!! I know it's the little things:) Thanks for coming to the area!

Dr. Brown and her staff are attentive, empathetic, and informative. They take the angst out of going to the dentist. My only suggestion for improvement would be to implement some type of treatment plan discussion with your patients so they know what costs to expect over the course of the treatment plan versus the sticker shock at check out. I am a fan and will continue to do business here .

We are currently working on getting a better flow and more efficient system down for presenting treatment plan estimates while incorporating remaining insurance benefits. Just a regular cleaning and check up for myself and my four year old daughter- all made it a comfortable experience for us both! The cleaning was gentle and efficient- a truly great first experience! We scheduled follow ups in 6 months and intend to stay here!
