My experience at Waukee Dental surpassed all expectations. From the moment I drove up, parked at the front door and checked in I can't say enough. Andrea was superior and explained the process for the day. Ericka was super awesome. Her knowledge, communication and friendliness was so great. Dr. Brown is amazing. Thank all of your staff for making all my visits very comfortable.
I have never liked going to the dentist, primarily due to my lack of personal dental hygiene and therefore frequent painful experiences. The team at Waukee Dental made me feel comfortable and not judged whatsoever. I actually for the first time in my life am excited to go to the dentist and no longer have pain! Thank you for your care!
This was my first time with Carly and she was friendly, gentle and gracious. I was having issues w my TMJ and she was very thoughtful and accommodating. The whole staff has always been great! Blessings in this time of COVID with all the extra work you have had to do! Be safe! Amy
