Wow you ladies are amazing! I’m in customer service and i know how hard it is to be please everyone and I know great over the top service when I see it so I needed to write this. I don’t do survey but I had to complete this one sorry for rambling. Before I move to Waukee I was with my doctor for 31 years very worried about switching, I’m thankful I found you looking forward many more years with you. Love the technology you have and everyone is very friendly.
From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and safe. The dental hygienist, Angie was great. She explained everything as she took X-rays, did the cleaning, and explained what my upcoming procedures would be. Dr, Kaisha was great as well explaining my options and answering my questions. My fear of dentists was greatly reduced after my initial visit. Also, the front office staff were friendly and helpful in helping me set my future appointments.
I have been going to Waukee Dental since it opened & have never had a bad experience. All the dental hygienists & both dentists are very knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. I recommend to all!
I just had my first visit this week and it was fantastic! I left my old dentist's office because I've had a few problems with the old office including them canceling an appointment without telling me but Waukee Dental was a great experience and everyone there was super nice and took the appropriate COVID precautions. Lindsey is incredibly personable and made the experience great! Keep it up!
The hygienist was very nice and patient with Ludmila who is 4. Dr Alison was also great.
Friendly attentive service, thorough and patient care. Took the time to talk me through each step, each need and path forward. They made me feel important and valued. Very clean and efficiently run office and taking COVID precautions seriously. I have a severe dental fear and had such a positive experience I will keep coming back!
The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team at Waukee Dental was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was thorough. I felt very well cared for during my visit. Lindsey was fantastic, enjoyable and informative. I will definately return for my next checkup and I will be recommending Waukee Dental to my friends and family.
Everyone in the office makes you feel welcome and at ease. Everyone from the Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienist and Dentist were amazing. They explained every procedure to you. Very detailed plans for your dental care is laid out for you. A big thank you to Julyn, Erica and Dr Allison.
On time, thorough, courteous - would highly recommend.
