I walked in to the office and was greeted immediately!! Did a couple office things and then was greeted by the hygienist before I even sat down!!! They were all very fast friendly and professional from the time I walked in to the time I left!!! The Dentist explained everything to me in a way that I totally could understand!!! It’s not fun going to the dentist but this place is different!!! I’m 71 years old and have had many experiences with Dentist! This is the best!!!
I no longer hate going to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They make you comfortable and are very thorough with cleaning and gentle. First time I’ve ever not had pain at the dentist! I also appreciate them explaining all my watch spots and how to prevent any issues and what I can work on. 100% recommend Waukee dental to everyone!

Dr. Brown and all of the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. The whole experience is very comfortable and everyone truly cares to provide the best care. My hygienist Sarah has been kind, thoughtful, and sincere every time I have seen her, on top of providing a great cleaning and oral care guidance. And the new office is very beautiful and feels very homey :)
This new office in Waukee is awesome. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted very politely. You also wait a very small amount of time before being called back for your appointment. The hygienist you start with is very kind. The dentist was very knowledgeable and explained things well. They really showed that they cared about welcoming me as a new patient.
Care was good. Received diagnosis and will return for more treatment.
