I have been getting my image exams for many years from this facility but the past years I have had to jump through hoops to get exams. In 2024, I was told that I needed a referral from my primary doctor to get this procedure completed. My doctor sent the referral and the exam was completed. On 5/16/2025, I received a letter stating my exam is due on or around Tuesday, July 15, 2025 and to make an appointment. I called to make the appointment and was told I needed a referral. Have a lump in my chest and the technician for my ultrasound was incredibly rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and ignorant. She made my experience 10x worse and was the opposite of comforting, she made rude remarks and made me feel stupid for asking questions; as if i’m not already scared of the results, she didn’t seem to care. She also didn’t let me speak to the doctor and instead just told me second hand what he “recommended”. Nobody has answered to schedule an appointment for 3 days and when you leave your number for a return call they never call back. Giving up although they have about 15 years of my previous mammograms.
