Awful. Barely ever answer the phone. Never call back (despite saying they will). And on the rare occasion you get someone on the phone they are zero help, and will make you jump through hoops for no reason. Sad that cancer patients have to deal with this incompetent front office staff.
All around Dr. Gitter is the best doctor I have had the privilege and honor to be around. He is the staple of how a doctor is supposed to be, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, showing love and kindness…I have never met a doctor like him an he put my mom an our family first everytime we had an appt.. everytime we went he gave hugs and made my mom feel so special he became family in a way an my mom would treat him like her own he was the only one she ever felt that with an I went to a lot of appts to diff docs with her all... read more
Such an unprofessional facility. Crabby front of the house staff. They do not answer the phone or messages in a timely manor...or at all. They will just switch your appointment without any communication. You try to contact them and you are greeted with an attitude that they can do whatever they want on your dime and time. Oh and please just expect inaccurate bills especially with labs. LONG wait times in every corner of this system.
