since 5/31 i have tried making a cardiologist appointment and no one was helpful. they gave me the run around. first they said i needed a referral so i had one sent. then they said they needed my medical records which was faxed over twice that they said they never got but i have confirmation it was successfully delivered. i finally went into the clinic today, 6/23 and the front desk receptionist, Bailey, helped me!!!! she not only told me with my insurance, i did not need a referral but also set up an appointment for me THIS... read more
