Great staff and enjoyed learning about the products
I work for an HVAC company in texas, seems you have implemented a fee for processing wararnty claims. Why?? If we purchase a part and it is defective, why should I have to pay to have you process the claim? We have not been pleased with this practice and are considering leaving Carrier Enterprises and going with a lennox, trane, York, goodman, etc. If you continue to charge your good customers $25 $50 to correct a problem of a manufacturers nature I am sure you will lose many more custsomers. I tried to do business with your company on the international side. Spoke to one guy and they transfer me to an another person who turned out to be the same guy I had already spoke to, name Ralm, After speaking to him, it was a darn shame that it's one guy handling all departments. He transfer me to a sales person name Rob, never heard from him and its been about 7 months. I felt like I was in a low budget commercial.
