Bad service today left with car not even dry! Normally it's ok!!!
I expect no dirt and half ass wipe off jobs and the wheel wells to be sprayed out for 38$ I went back and said something to them and went back through and it might of looked shitter than before I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone
Paid 100 dollars to have car cleaned with seats and floor steam cleaned yet both my side mirrors were only cleaned in the middle, with a half inch thing of dirt around the sides of mirrors.
If there were no stars available I would of left this. I've been coming here for years once or twice a month but not after today. Dropped my car off at 8:30A.M. and am waiting here now at 5:15 p.m. and it still isn't done due to a small miscommunication. I was called and asked if I minded waiting a little longer to maybe 3:30 or 4 as they were busy and had no time to get mine in. Was there today to get my Yukon Denali washed. Sales person was VERY pushy about upgrading to more expensive car wash. I had told him 4 times I just wanted a basic wash...none of the extras,and he just kept pushing. I do NOT like this type of sales. Sure, make me aware of what is available, but when I say "no"...let it go. Ever since this business has changed hands, it been a very high pressure sales pitch. Today was the worst, though. If this does continue, I will be looking for a new place to take my car.

I love this place they are so polite, and do a fantastic job. My car looks like brand new inside and out. I had taken my car last year to waterpark in Moline and they were not friendly and I could have cleaned it inside and out better. they were a total waste of time and money. This place is great!!!!! :)
