I just realized I have 3 unauthorized charges for $45 from the last 3 months (I bought a one-month pass at the end of November during a sale- had no idea it would be a recurring charge). Grrr. I left a message at Kevin's car Wash but haven't heard back all day so just emailed bestinkc2020@gmail. My bank has since cancelled the recurring payments; I'm hoping to speak to someone at Kevin's Car wash to refund me the $135 otherwise I will be filing a claim with the bank. on sat I waited in line for 12 mins or so (not my main complaint) then was greeted by a friendly staff member, perfect. After my car was washed $16.00 later I pulled around the building to find an open Vac. I was very disappointed to find it didn't even work. Wouldn't even turn on after many attempts! After moving my vehicle over 1 slot as it became available it too barely functioned the man using that Vac let me know ahead of time. With it being packed I just left. Even tho it took much longer than I was quoted, people were friendly & the car looks amazing. Very nice inside & out! Smells good & after inspection - not a speck of dog hair or dust!! Very Pleased!! Thank you!
very easy to work with. last summer I had a smell I could not get rid of. they gave me all of my options and worked with me till the smell was gone. this weekend I went in for ultimate interior cleaning. they did a great job. next day I called them. I notice something. small they missed. took it back 3 days later and they super vacummed the whole thing and washed my car again. very friendly staff
They are putting windsheild fluid in WITHOUT ANTIFREEZE FOLKS ...My husband had his car serviced because he thought there was something wrong with the mechanism -then when I had my car serviced there he said that they must of forgot to put the antifreeze component in...and SAID I HAD TO WAIT BEHIND THE ....PAYING....CUSTOMERS >:( LIKE IM NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER....AND SHOULD OF NEVER HAD TO BE IN LINE TWICE
RecommendedI went today to get my Mom's car washed & I think they did a great job. There was a lot of dirt & leaves on the floor & everything was vacuumed. I read the other reviews from a year ago complaining about the quality of the wash. I got the $19.99 package & the car looked perfect after coming through the wash so no issues there. Then it was brought over to be dried, have the interior wiped down, & the tires & rims shined. The carwashing part is fine. The part that has me leaving a negative review is like the others have said, my rate nearly doubled without notice. I cancelled on Jan 4th and got a confirmation email with an offer of a reduced rate (which was nice and I was considering). This morning my card was charged again with the same super high rate! Get your accounting and customer service together and refund my money, Kevin!
