They have been cleaning both of my SUVs at least a couple times a week. They have always been cleaned well and I have been pleased with the customer service. I like having my cars always looking clean and new. Pro Clean does that for me.
Last dollar spent there. Horrible job on the interior.Dust rag never touched the front of dash or door panels. Steering wheel and speedometer cover still has as much dust as when I got there. The sales guy out front is enough to make me turn around and leave. He is rude and pushy. Enough for me and I have spent a lot of money there but no more.
Last time I went there the guy who writes down what u want must have been hard of hearing because every time I said basic wash he asked me if I wanted an upgrade. Told him to make sure the car was clean and windows washed. That would be a great change of pace from passed experiences. And even that didn’t happen.
Took my car to be washed been going there for a long time got home realized my weather tech mats for back seat missing manager was not helpful could care less said they put in car do they think I'm blind did not handle it well will not be back so angry and disappointed
I go to the car wash quite a bit, both personal cars and work cars. The staff is friendly and they do a great job getting my vehicle looking nice and new. I would recommend this car wash every time.
