RecommendedA friend lives there with his sweet wife.
Great location, great pool, (generally) nice neighbors and rent control. I don't really have any complaints other than people seem to keep ripping the fabric on the pool table. Really happy they resurfaced the entrances to the A building.
Ongoing construction obstructs most walkways and causes extreme noise every weekday as early as 7:00am for over six months now. Management has been uncommunicative, apathetic and dismissive of violations of the DC Tenant Bill of Rights.
I WOULD LOVE TO LIVE HERE I VISIT A FRIEND THAT LIVE THERE, IT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE AT.
I wake up every day thanking the Creator that I'm living in Waterside.
