Super cool wood carvings!
Assured us would provide a customized cutting board for wedding upcoming in 3 weeks - would let us know when ready - 2 weeks later we called and Lori seemed to not remember anything about it - asked us to resend info on inscription we wanted. Assured us she would call to make arrangements for pick-up day before wedding. Haven't heard from her since and she didn't reply to messages. ???? !!!
