Every time I have visited waters edge I've experienced nothing from the front desk other than negativity. In fact I was completely IGNORED my a woman working there and she didn't even go get someone else to help me. I said hello, and excuse me after she refused to answer me. She then continued to pick up the phone and call someone completely unrelated and not even say hello can I help you. The service was horrible.....got up from the table came back dirty plates still there...we had to move them to an empty table....no server...one round of water, coffee and drinks....then nothing.......had to flag someone to remove dishes agian......this would not be a problem...but for the price and how they think they are so fancy......yeah not so much...prefer the local diner........there were 7 of us so the tip was included...they are lucky....

My daughter and I are currently at the Water’s Edge Resort. We arrived on Sunday, 07/24/2016 at 11:30 am because we had a spa appointment at noon. I asked the front desk what would be a good time to check in as a few other people were already checking in and getting their rooms. I was told my room would not be ready until 3 pm which is the specified check in time. Went to the bar for a drink at Seaview Bistro (the in house bar) ---- to wait for check in. Something has changed and not for the better. Went for brunch disappointed for the first time. Been going for years This time a much smaller selection, slow and under staffed. My wife was told by the chef making the omelet to come back later. This Is a poor management issue. Time to make a change I'm the manager.

I am an owner of two timeshare and have been coming since 1997 - the grounds are beautiful and the units are being updated - but the service has always and continues to be terrible - I don't understand how they can ruin pasta with butter but they do - no bread on the table ' entre comes out before appetizer - then they add a 20% gratuity - why can't they get it right?
