Beautiful resort and friendly and helpful staff! Super nice area and facility!
We are timeshare owners and stay here often The grounds are breathing in the summer. We just celebrated our daughters sweet sixteen in one of the lager units. She had a great time. We tend to eat in the lounge because you get better service. Have enjoyed holiday brunches as well. The customer service this past weekend was very good. All though in the past we have encountered some less the friendly services in the dinning room and the sunset grill. The staff at the beach bar this summer was great as well as the lounge.
Great place with a very friendly staff. Their spa is what a spa should look and feel like with very experienced therapists. The water view rooms are breathtaking.
I had hot stone massage and it was amazing. The location is beautiful. The experience was one of kind. If you want to enjoy a spa day this place is the place to go.
Wow!! I have never been here, but seen some pictures of a wedding that someone I knew attended, and after reading the review of this place.....I will NEVER come here. Nothing but negative comments!!!!
If beautiful setting on the water, although the customer service could be better. The Wi-Fi is pathetic, and my neighbors ordered room service a couple of days ago and the dirty dishes are still sitting out by the door waiting to be picked up

Positives - You can not beat the beach access and the pools, both inside and out that are available for timeshare owners. The young men and women who work the beach front are always very nice and helpful. The villas are beautiful and spacious. Could use work - The bathrooms available outdoors underneath the villas are nice, but could use a ventilation system as they get very warm in the summer.
