RecommendedAwesome resort and excellent service!
Went for a celebratory brunch at 12:30pm and didn't get served our food until almost 2pm and that was after speaking to the waitress and another staff member. We have been going to WatersEdge for years and this has been the worst service by far. Will not be returning.
Villas by the sea 😎everything is beautiful. Living room dining room state of the art kitchen. Two bedroom, two baths 😉

We unfortunately did not get to stay there. Literally hours before we were supposed to check in our 2 year old daughter had to have emergency appendicitis surgery. the lady I spoke with was so nice and understanding even waived the cancelation fee. we absolutely can not wait to rebook once we know she is well enough. even though we didn't get to stay the excellent customer service is more than enough for us to praise how great they are and we will be a guest very soon.
Great long weekend getaway. Very crowded though. Staff was great. Beautiful location.

This place is spot🏆 on considering we are still in a pandemic.😷 I felt comfortable bringing my parents who are a few years shy of 80.👵👴 I will also post some tips at the end of this - "Help Me, Help You" At check in I did appreciate giving me the option to have or not have my room serviced everyday.🛏 I personally would not want someone in my room every day, while The Water's Edge is following strike guidelines with staff I did like that I had the choice.
