RecommendedThe staff was awesome especially Mary and Vicki our hostesses in the Grand Ballroom for or daughters baby shower . Most of all to Nancy Steele our Banquet Manager who took care of every detail not only for the baby shower but for a fabulous job 2 years ago for Alyssa and Jason’s wedding ! A lovely venue with exceptional staff members . Love Chris the door guy too !!!!! Oh yes , and the food was excellent !
The scenery is amazing and the food and drinks are really good. Shout out to Luciano one of the best waiters.

Sunset bar I’ve had better service and the worst clam strips I ever had. What a waste of time and money. Never go back and it once was good
Had a perfect stay! The King Parlour room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy! The facility was extremely clean. Drinks were great! Dinner at the Italian restaurant was very nice. My only suggestion is another outdoor pool. It was way too crowded. Perhaps an adults only pool and a family pool? That would definitely bring me back 😎 Really pleasant experience otherwise!
This place used to be great, I can understand why the ratings are pretty high. However, in recent years this lace has gone massively down hill, just look at the dates of the negative reviews. Waters Edge is run down, tired and dinosaur of the Connecticut shoreline, they don’t treat their regular clients well, and rinse the newcomers for all they have.
