We have been coming to the resort for 15 years. This was our first time in the Winter. The property is clean. The hot tub and pool heater was not working properly. It’s tough to make up for it when it’s cold outside. After some pressing, The Supervisor Mike was responsive. The Sunday Brunch is 4� . The setting is relaxing to read and enjoy a walk. The music in the Lounge was a live band. The room was updated with a mini fridge. The front desk staff needs to work more on customer service.
I visited the spa with a couple of girlfriends. The staff was wonderful but the pool and hot tub heaters were not working. Then someone came to us to let us know that they were closing the sauna to redo the floor which left us with the steam room only. Were expressed our sadness and they decided to hold off on closing the sauna so we were able to use it. So the steam room and sauna were nice but we were sad about the pool and hot tub.
Love this place. Very classy. Had a beautiful ocean view on third floor. Great food at the restaurants. Used the ocean, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and coffee bar. Coming again.
Really fun place! We went at Thanksgiving but would love to go back in the summer. The grounds are kept impeccably, the staff is so super friendly. And even if a Starbucks coffee right inside the hotel.It’s also a timeshare. They have a great whirlpool and heated pool indoors. I’d go again! The best part is it’s right on the ocean.
Customer service and consistency definitely needs improvement....
We had a lovely time at the brunch and brew --what a great way to spend a rainy day
