The live band outside was amazing! High energy atmosphere. Inside Nick was also just as amazing. We had a great night celebrating my sister's 50th birthday!
Beautiful property, clean rooms. Food service needs HUGE improvement. If you want to enjoy the pool or the beach, either you go early or you will have no place to sit. Not enough chairs and many were broken.

We arrived late on a Monday night to a warm room. The next morning the room was still very warm 80 to be exact. Thermostat could not have gone up any higher but we had it turned down all the way for the ac. When maintenance came to correct the issue they said it would be cool within a few hours. OMG... arrived back hours later to a sweltering room. The maintenance person said they could not move us bc the hotel was booked. Awesome place we come every year but outdoor bar/restaurant service is terrible
Enjoyed everything about our stay. Beautiful grounds and comfortable room accommodations. Excellent food with many options and very friendly staff.
The location and ambiance is top shelf. We love sitting outside, the band's are great. With all that Waters Edge still has the worst food and service imaginable. Overpriced, food was cold and took 40 minutes to deliver. Drinks are small and expensive and the servers are impossible to find.
