The grounds were beautiful and the majority of the staff was outstanding and helpful. However, I found the front desk staff VERY unfriendly and not accommodating at all. The girl at check out was very nice and they should move her to doing the check in. It would start your visit off on a much nicer note. I would stay here again for the facility but would hesitate because of the front desk staff. IPrefer member and really wasn’t impressed.
We went to a Morgan Buell's Bridal Shower there on Sunday, July 22nd. My sisters had the Filet Mignon. It was like leather. The table shock while they tried to cut it and even when they received butcher knives, one sister did not eat it at all. The room was very cold. When I mentioned it to the Matre'd all she did not ask the guest of honor or her mom if they would like to lower it, just said to me that I was the only one to complained about the temperature in two weeks. Otherwise the place was lovely, overlooking the beach.

Beautiful location and lots to like. Sadly a number of the hotel staff weren’t very friendly and the gym is ancient. A few changes to customer service and an upgrade to the gym would make a huge difference.
My family stayed for 2 nights, all coming from out of state for a wedding. Accommodations were great, food and service was great. The highlight of course was the Wedding which was fantastic. The entire staff was terrific, awesome setting and views. A little over crowded at times like at the pool and the beach. Guests have to share the space with members and the public using the facilities. Overall, a great experience.
