Please go to other reviews of this place. It is terrible. I couldn't even stay there six months although I had to keep the lease for a year. Great view from my balcony, but that is it! Outside steps, overheads and decks remain filthy. Only one choice for cable, DirectTV. Expect many outages when storms blow up and do not expect good internet service. Very slow at best. We have loved the complex; will be moving on soon. Our view of the river from our balcony will be hard to give up and we will miss it. Quiet complex with friendly people. Wonderful apartment experience.
Not happy about it being the 4 th of July, 1030 in the morning and the pool is locked with nobody around! ! :(
