This complex is great however you better watch out. One blade of grass a half a cm from your tire WHEN YOURE PARKED ON THE CONCRETE will get your car towed!!! DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN NO ONE HAS MONEY FOR AN UNEXPECTED FEE! Plus no warning at all. Not a sticker on the window. Not a note on our door. Nothing. Just oh, you’re SOL. Have a nice day! This is literally the best place our family has EVER lived! I couldn't be happier. Everyone is so nice, and it is so beautiful everywhere you look. I will be telling everyone I know that needs a place, to look here first!

I was told the day before move-in, we didn’t get the apartment. The staff that was helping us was awesome, she was nice and very helpful! But, the manager didn’t give us any other explanations other than, “your rental history didn’t meet our expectations”. that’s all she could say, nothing else except that. So we wasted a whole week thinking we were gonna have a place to live, was told we were approved and everything, just to find out the day before getting the keys and moving in, that we didn’t get approved. I moved here early November last year. Haven't lived in an apartment for decades and was wondering how it's gonna be....so far so good. And better! Office staff and maintenance guys are polite, great and always helping! Residents are nice and have made friends already at the Saturday Breakfast. I intended to travel around, but love staying in my new home!! Travel may wait! Thank y'all ❤️
we just moved less than 6 months ago and 2 months ago they gave us a garage which the first month of using it they stole everything and only the maintenance people and the office had the key, they NEVER changed it to ours, they stole our work tools.Be careful because the maintenance people call the town truck to take your car and do not let the office know.
