RecommendedYes, I love this place, it’s been almost two years living there! The staff and the maintenance are friendly and the maintenance always fix whenever I need repair as soon as possible! I like view where I lives! Perfect place to lives! But need improved cleaning stairs and get two trash recycle ways get overflowed and fall in street! But it ok but just hope it get better!
not only do they charge you for maintenance. There management sucks. maintenance can come and go as they please in your property. good luck.
I lived here for three years hate that I had to leave but most likely will go back. Best apartment staff from the office to the maintenance guys. They all work to make that apartment great. Will miss it
I have been a resident for a year, I parked my car in the parking lot, then a several days ago I had my car towed, it cost me 200 dollars to get my car back. Thanks a lot, I lost 200 dollars not thanks to you.
I’ve have enjoy this small community and it’s amenities for over 4 years. The office staff has always taken care of us since day one, and the maintenance crew always take care of request as soon as they can.
Because I couldn’t get my Sons father on the lease he couldn’t visit us according to the office staff. They would watch us with a hawks eye! Never would I recommend this place to anyone. I’m so glad I was able to move out. Also, since I moved in there was roaches in my apartment that no matter what I did, I couldn’t get rid of them.
