I went here for a while, they took short cuts cleaning my teeth. There seemed to be a sense of hurry in and hurry out. I quit going when Novak replaced a crown and took too much off one side knowingly, then glued it in leaving a gap. Even my new dentist commented on the poor crown and said he tells people to avoid Waterloo Dental!

Absolutely! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
