Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! I took my 6 year old son here. We were told both of us could be seen in an hour and a half. Once we arrived the lady said condescendingly, "I don't know who would've told you that because it's not true." So I had to cancel my appointment. When we FINALLY went back to get the xrays, the assistant tried so hard to shove the mouth pieces into my son's mouth that she cut BOTH corners of his mouth until they bled in addition to making him dry heave from gagging him. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider answer all of your questions? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
