This place is expensive, bad management, and has roaches! On top of this, they started charging me $360 a year for valet trash service that I don't use. The trash people are suppose to come to our doors and walk 10 yards to the dumpsters to throw our garbage in. They charge use $360 a year for this..... wth. What a rip off. When I asked management to cancel this service for me, they said no and I will have to continue paying. I explained that I can't afford this extra service because our rent is already $1,800. Extremely unprofessional office staff. Tim in particular. Steer clear of this place.
Wanted to take a tour and was only around the corner. I called a few minutes ago to scheduled a tour, knowing they closed at Five. I was told they stop taking tours at 4:30. I had enough time to complete this post BEFORE it turned 4:30. I pass on the wonderful customer service.
I have lived here for 7 years now first in a 1 bedroom now in a 2 bedroom 2 bath never had a problem living here my friends/ neighbors are awesome leasing office staff is always been awesome I love living here and just signed my lease for another year . Thank u water leaf for making my first time living in s apartment a great one .
