I have only been here for a couple weeks and I have 3 little girls. They have a serious roach problem and falsely advertise their apartments. They have sent pest control twice but the problem has only gotten worse. Their are eggs everywhere and I found a baby roach on my daughters toothbrush! The virtual tours they have online along with their photos do NOT represent their actual apartments! My cabinets are cherry red when they are supposed to be brown. My absolute worst living experience came from this apartment complex. The staff is beyond horrible. The apartments are poorly built. Prone to flooding if you’re on the first floor. I recommend this place to no one.
Just sell the property and let new owners take over as this owner/management should not be in this type of business
Bad service and oldies complex
Maintenance is a joke. Expect to wait weeks or months for them to actually fix what is broken. I havent had any bug issues but instead I deal with lousy office staff that cuts you off over the phone and wont listen to you/cuts you off when trying to report a problem. Do yourself a favor and dont rent here. They pretend to care but obviously do not.
we never had a roach issue before, but a few months ago they did a mandatory bug bombing where we were forced to be gone all day. and since then, we have had a ridiculous number of roaches. its disgusting! we are leaving asap. dont move here.
