I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. My experience with Portland Spa and Boutique has been great and the results of the laser have been fantastic!!! I've only been in for two of the six sessions I purchased, and i'm really impressed with their level of customer service. The receptionist has been friendly and the woman who does my laser is very sweet! I got the best massage of my life. The masseuse listened and discussed everything with me throughout the process, (I let him know I wanted a beneficial massage more than relaxing.) So worth it and he went a little over because he felt I really needed to learn some stretches and ways to workout differently. I normally don't write reviews but he was so awesome that I had to. Will definitely be back :)

Wonderful experience here. I love that they have a separate waiting area for the spa services. It is away from the entrance and mani/pedi area. It is warm and relaxing. The perfect way to begin to wind down before a massage. My deep tissue massage from Jessica was fantastic! Among other things, I really like the bun warmers. You'll have to get a massage here to find out what those are. The staff is friendly and the spa itself, very clean. And it is in a great location on the waterfront. I'd recommend this spa for sure!

Lindsey is amazing! My brows have never looked better and she also gives a wonderful facial. The spa is very relaxing and has a beautiful view if you're getting a mani or pedi.

Thanks, Leigh, for always making my spray tan experience so GREAT. You definitely know what you're doing it and you're doing it well!! The spray tans are natural looking, there's no tanning smells afterwards, no stickiness and the tanning rooms are roomy and comfortable. I'm there every Friday - I'm totally hooked!!

I recently finished my sixth laser treatment at Portland Spa and couldn't be more pleased! I should have done this sooner. Who doesn't love not having to shave everyday?!! I would recommend Portland Spa to anyone that is hesitant about the whole experience, they make you feel comfortable and answer any and all questions you may have. The staff kept me updated and remembered my name after my first visit. Portland Spa is the place to go for your medi spa and laser needs.

We went here to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. There were four of us and it seemed like that was a pretty large party for them to handle. They ended up not even being able to do my daughter's pedicure because there wasn't enough time - even though we had reservations. With that said, it's quite a lovely place and the service was friendly.

I loved just walking to get to this spa, its a great waterfront location. I think all spas should have water features of some type. They offer a lot here but I only had a pedicure and it was nice.
