We have been coming here for 15 years! after tonight and the quack of a doctor we saw we will NEVER go back! they refused to give me a working number for corporate. I had to go back in 3 times! green puss draining out of an ear is not an infection according to them. even though we have a chronic history of ear infections and 4 sets of tubes!
RecommendedThe online check in process is simple, the wait usually isn't too long and the doctors and staff are great. We have been here quite a few times and great service everytime.
my daughter wes seen for a uti. she was given an antibiotic shes never had before. the next morning she was worse. i called to see what we could do. the provider didn't return my call because she was too busy. i called back and was basically told it could take 3 days for the meds to work. on the third day i went in to simply request a anti biotic that has worked before. i was told she needed to come in. she is sick, in pain and if she has to move we'll go somewhere where they can at least return a phone call
Recommendeddefinitely recommend going to NextCare and every time I've had to go there been in and out very quickly believe it or not I waited longer at the pharmacy for my prescription and I did to get treated at NextCare
