Office staff is always polite and friendly. We understood that the complex is new and still building. The outdoor pavilion construction is annoying and loud but the end result is beautiful! We were disappointed that the pool closed so soon because the weather is still very nice to us transplanted "northerners" and we would definitely still be lounging by the pool this week even if we didn't swim. I couldn't be happier with the staff at Waterford Terrace. Tabatha, Makayla and Katya have always been very pleasant whenever I've called with any issue. It is a brand new, up and coming apartment complex, so of course there were delays due to construction but I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
have lived here for 6 months while we build a house. very disappointed int he management . We had a computer glitch on bill pay and they would not work with us at all even though it was their glitch. Trash overflowed for weeks, pool and amenities delayed by months, office flooded, no mailboxes for months and we overlooked all of that but when we needed assistance they were totally unresponsive. Will NOT recommend their services.
Great place to land when returning to South Carolina!
