Shannon was so helpful with our move in process! We luckily drove by and found the Waterford Terrace and went for a walk through and knew it was where we wanted to be. Has nice floor plans, larger kitchen area, and more updated features than any other apartment we looked at! We look forward to our time at Waterford Terrace.
Moved there and signed a 6 months lease while building a house. It's a great place, very quite, friendly people and very helpful staff. We had some issues when we first moved in and still believe the apartment wasn't cleaned to standard. We had the pest control come twice and everything is fine now. It’s disappointing to have moved from an apartment complex where I had access to ample parking, to this, where I get to skip my $2000 college classes because I can’t move my car from the only place I had to park the previous night �
Great place to live. Spacious and up to date apartments. The staff is helpful and the neighbors are friendly. I lived here over a year and never had an issue.
Waterford terrace is a great apartment to consider moving your family! The staff has been nothing but kind and punctual on taking care of all of my needs! The amenities are great and the homes have a great “home” feel to them!
These apartments are gorgeous, very spacious and I absolutely love the area. The lady that was working Shannon was her name I believe she has great customer service, super nice lady, and she was extremely helpful. I’d definitely recommend this neighborhood to all of my friends as well as family!!!
Loud neighbors and no one would do anything! Called the cops and still no one would do anything.
