My husband and I have lived in The Waterford Apts for 2 years. We've been very happy! The resident manager Cathy is very responsive to all are questions and concerns--not that there have been many! The building is clean, there have not been any rodents, or other pests, and the lobby and entrance way are always decorated with plants and fresh flowers. There are two elevators. The most unreliable management I have ever encountered. The resident manager (Ms. Cathy Hayes) was arrogant, and highly unprofessional. Ignoring all these things, me and my friends we signed the rental agreement and gave them the security deposit cheque. After, 3 days of no communication, I receive the following email (Please find attached) that all of a sudden the unit that we were looking at was no longer available because the current tenants don't want to move out. Wasting my time of going through along time of filling application and pay deposit then getting application refused because I have children. You should be accurate on your ad And respect people.
