Yes I agree waterford on the green apartments are good if you like to live like in a cave, you can never have visits or someone will be reporting you at the office exagerating on making noise even if your kids like to go outside they need to be totally quiet( which is IMPOSSIBLE if they are kids) honestly is very hard to live there. We did live there for a year and it was hard. Wish you the best if you rent there!!!
My family (hubby, and 2 special needs young boys) have been here since Dec 2010 and love it (most of the time). It is nice and quiet! Its in a great location. We looked at A LOT of apartments in NRH, HEB, Wataga and Saginaw and felt this was a perfect place to raise our kids. Yes, it does have a few issues, but after talking to other people at larger complexes...lets just say I will be renewing my lease for years to come.
The manger at this place is lier can not trust anything she tells you.She told us to have a pet it 200.oo deposit and when it come to lease she changed it to 400.oo.This lady who runs this place is to make money off of you.If you see the apartments they are not worth the money you pay for them.I talked to several people here they say there maintance is not good and they half ass fix everthing.Maybe you guys that live here need to contact the city and the owner of this appartment complex and let them see your apartment inside... read more
Waterford is a good place to live, if your in bed by 8:30 pm daily(weekends also). If you have no personal life, and no family or friends that come to visit.(EVER!) If you have kids that like to play outside you should consider looking elsewhere. Waterford is for you if you dont mind your daily routine being exagerated and reported to the office on a regular basis. :) Good Luck
