I am starting... (Verified Renter) I am starting my 4th year here at the Waterford Apartments and am very happy to be able to still live independently. I have the Cary Door to Door for my transportation to doctor's apartments, shopping, and instacart/food lion for my groceries. I pray I stay in good health so I can live independemtlly . I enjoy other people's pets and the children coming home on the school bus.

Very friendly and... (Verified Renter) Very friendly and wecoming office staff. The grounds are very nicely maintained and the apartment complex is very convenient to the Cary Greenways. I feel very safe in my third floor apartment. The dog park is right next to my building which I love. I am happy that I chose Waterford Forest Apartments.
