Overall, they are... (Verified Renter) Overall, they are nice but the price is horrific. We haven't really met too many neighbors yet. They appear to be safe and they are quiet and we don't hear a ton from Marsh except the people racing their cars or accelerating fast.

I very much appreciate how honest they are about situations, and are ready to help! it is generally fairly simple to schedule maintenance & has a quick turnaround.

The complex has... (Verified Renter) The complex has the feel of a condo community and the units have an individual identity. The spacious garages a real plus. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.
Price and structural/plumbing... (Verified Renter) Price and structural/plumbing issues. Although remodel does make the unit look pretty, we had an unacceptable number of water leaks over the years. Underlying structure and plumbing probably has issues.
