I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been at Waterford eight years and I do not intend to ever move. The only reason I would have to move is if the rent increased outside my budget. Unfortunately most older retired people are on a fixed income and have to live month to month.
It’s like home!!... (Verified Renter) It’s like home!! Excellent and timely maintenance and wonderful office staff. All are kind and caring people who feel like family.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here nine years. It has become my home. As a single parent I owned my home but once the children were grown could not afford the upkeep. Waterford Court offers enough space just feel like a small home. However as I grow older and my income has become more limited it's become harder to afford the rent required. The management has always listened and did their best to accommodate my needs. The maintenance Personnel have always been top-notch both personally and professionally.
